If the first step was to the fight for the access, where the results already are visible, as she is in the conquest of the quality of the education for each one and all the people, of form to consolidate the inclusion and the equality of chances for all the human beings. The application of Educative Computer science in educative environments that possess carrying children of necessities special can be seen as a new way for the access and permanence of these pupils in the school and the equality of chances. A time is a great challenge that, although the efforts, the area of the special education presents serious lacks in what it says respect to the exploration of the computer as didactic resource. Brave (1991), speaking of computer science in the special education, defends that complex problems demand bolder solutions e, therefore, for the professor that work with deficient pupils, is essential a good formation and the use of technologies emphasizing the utility of the computer in the special education, particularly as for the cognitivo and emotional development of the pupils. Therefore, the main objective of this article is to understand the importance of if using the computer as tool of equalization of chances and promotion of the social inclusion for the deficient appearances where the pedagogical use of the computer is pointed as a factor that can effectively contribute for a qualitative advance of the process teach-learning and for the rescue of auto-they esteem of the pupils with visual deficiency. 2. METHODOLOGY the methodology used for the accomplishment of the research constituted of analysis of documentation and comment of the school that carries through the work with deficient appearances, using itself of the DosVox program and the technique of the interview, being used a script with the following questions: How is carried through the work with the deficient appearances in the school? How many pupils are taken care of? How occurs the use of the equipment? The professor takes in account the necessities of the pupils or follows the content programmarian? How is the access the Internet? How the school, the professors and pupils had been prepared to receive the deficient appearance? Which the importance of the use of the computer for the deficient appearances?.
