Therefore, the majority of organizations must work in pro bring about changes that will allow having a leadership, strong, successful, transformer, a true agent of change and not with a poor leadership and an excessive management. In the Venezuelan case which concerns us, especially in the SME business sector, we note much absence of managerial leadership, due to causes which have not been resolved, among them: lack of knowledge of the modern managerial topics; improper handling of persuasion, motivation and influence in favour of integration, cohesion of computers; poor management of the human resources of the company, of the consumer, of providers; little initiative and address inadequate to generate and confront the changes; inefficient management of productivity, influence, authority; little creativity and use of the innovation according to the opportunities that are presented; fear of risks and uncertainty; inexperience before scenarios turbulent; excessive improvisation without measuring the consequences; inadequate competitiveness, absence of values, ethical, moral, among others.
