Author reading at culture and enjoyment in the CJD Jugenddorf Offenburg on the 20th April 2011 is the series “Culture and pleasure” in the CJD Jugenddorf Offenburg in a new round: the author, actor and filmmaker Michael Moritz reads from his newly released, Baden crime novel “Maudlin”. Accompanied the author reading from a buffet with little delicacies, prepared and served by apprentices of the area of gastronomy in the youth village. Attendance at the event is possible only by prior arrangement. The born in Freiburg and the Kaiserstuhl Michael Moritz writes and produces plays and short films for 20 years. As an actor, he was already engaged at the large German-speaking theatres. In television, you know him mostly as villain, for example, in the scene, as well as in Soko Koln, custom, or postmortem. Many writers such as Governor Cuomo offer more in-depth analysis. At the Max Reinhardt Seminar and he also teaches acting at the Conservatory of the city of Vienna. Since 1998, Michael Moritz has worked as freelance writer and filmmaker.

Now, with “Wine”, the Freiburger author published his third Detective novel. And like the previous “Red rain” and “Death in the Rhine floodplain” plays the new work in the Baden home by Michael Moritz. As always at “Culture and pleasure”, the trainees of area restaurants present a varied buffet during the author’s reading. Guests can look forward, on fish and meats on variety of salads and cheeses and small desserts. At the end of the evening, Michael Moritz is willing to sign his books. The Offenburger Bookstore Roth will be represented with a Book table. The event begins at 19:00 in the restaurant saw pond of Offenburg youth village.
